The Fine Print
*Annual fees for Premium and Premium+ success plans are calculated according to Annual Subscription Fees or the minimum plan fee, whichever is greater
**All Help Tickets are assessed against criticality to business function and priority will be set accordingly
Customers must have completed a Premium onboarding plan prior to success plan beginning
The success plans do not include configuration or development services by the Inspire Planner team. Requests for services work will be scoped out under a separate professional services SOW and scheduled accordingly
Live/Custom training is not included within any success plan. Access to recorded sessions is available through the Inspire Planner Help Center for the duration of your subscription term
Success plan fees are calculated annually in alignment with your Inspire Planner license(s) renewal
Initial fees are pro-rated to your next renewal date, and then paid annually for subsequent terms
Cancellation is required 30 days prior to your next renewal date
Inspire Planner may modify the Premium and Premium+ Success Plan from time to time, provided the level of service under either plan will not materially decrease during a subscription term
